Minutes of Meeting :
Revocation of the suplemental rules for physical challenges. These rules proved themselves
to be worthy of much adolation. They brought our game back to the way that it was
originally. In the 6 months that the system has been enacted we have had a total of 1 PC
death within our chapter and it was chosen by the player and cleared by his stated verbal
desire for the character to not live after that eve.
We have made a conditional agreement within the chapter to support the White Sands Conclave
upon the principle that we could have in writing a statement that guarantees our funds
returned to our chapter after the Conclave as Karen had offered.
We voted to allow the documentary group to come and visit our games provided that we as the
Camarilla would not be defamed nor personally defamed. I have sent a request to Tim Harris
for further information on how one should undertake the documentary and what we should do
to protect ourselves and the Camarilla.
Chapter sigil submissions shall go on for another month as the chapter was ambivalent to
all submitted sigils.
