Kimberly Frazier M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction Atlanta, Georgia
I will be teaching 3rd grade in the fall at Greater Atlanta Christian School. Prior to having children, I taught kindergarten and first grade for three years in an Atlanta suburb public school. I am hoping to add the dimension of web based learning to GACS in the future years as well as believing this is the wave of the future. I have had six courses online through UTA and have really enjoyed the experience. I have found that students write more freely and share their true thoughts as compared to speaking them in a traditional classroom setting. I have gained perspectives from students in Hong Kong and Canada. The key to successful online learning is being organized and staying on top of things daily. I have two precious sons, whom I adore and a wonderful husband who is learning to be “Mr. Mom” while I am getting my Masters. They are the joy of my life. I look forward to getting to know all of you! |
