BellSouth Personal Web Pages (PWP) were introduced in 2002 to give BellSouth customers a way to express themselves on the internet. During the period of introduction, the internet was growing at a rapid rate and adoption was reaching new highs every year. Pete, an engineer at BellSouth, presented the idea of setting up a a File Transfer Protocol on a separate subdomain where each customer had the ability to create a personal web page, and the idea was born.
After a merger with AT&T in 2006, BellSouth pages continued for two years before the site redirected to the My AT&T website. This website serves as a new, resurrected version of the BellSouth Personal Web Pages program. We have employed the same writers who provided popular content on the platform to add their thoughts on this blog. They will, per the PWP guidelines, be providing content in a respectful, free, and non-violent environment. Free speech is something we at BellSouth and now AT&T are fond of and as such, comments are allowed, but moderated before approval.

BellSouth knows that not every two situations are the same, and with a phone being almost as important as when you have your next meal, BellSouth is proud to announce its partnership with more than 4,000 participating locations of Kmart, Sams Club, Walmart, and Sears to provide individuals looking for phone service but unable to afford it with the flexiblity of custom plans or payment plans and loans to pay off the bill over time, rather than one lump sum payment at the end of every month.
To take advantage of this program, go to any participating local branch of Kmart, Sams Club, Walmart, or Sears and mention the BellSouth ISC Payment Plan to the cashier. If the store is one participating in our promotion, you will be given multiple options, including customizing a plan with no base minutes or texts, allowing you to prepay for as little as 1 or as many as 1,000 minutes of calling or text messages at a fixed rate of $0.10 per minute and $0.003 per text for carriers outside of the BellSouth network.
Depending on your credit score, you may also be eligible for a loan directly from your participating BellSouth partner. To apply for a loan for your phone service plan, ask an employee for the BellSouth ISC Loan Form and fill out the form with information. This information will be used for a credit inquiry to determine if you are eligible for a direct loan or payment plan. If you do not qualify, or would like to learn about loans for bad credit online, there are many helpful resources. We understand that credit scores can fluctuate and an unexpected medical bill and the like can negatively impact scores, and we understand that most times, things like that are not in your control. We at BellSouth appreciate that, and for that reason have introduced this plan.
